The event will be held within the “Wildwood View space” at the facility. A map link to this facility is here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/VAws3ugabaohHbMc6

Duane’s family has invited everyone to attend. We anticipate several family, friends and colleagues of Duane’s will be present. If you’re able to attend, please come share stories/memories and celebrate the life of our dear friend and colleague, Duane Kreuger.

Duane Kreuger passed away unexpectedly while on a fishing trip in Minnesota on May 26, 2024 at the age of 54.  Duane was the current President of the AEG Foundation and a Past President of AEG, among other titles. He most recently was employed at UES (formerly Geotechnology) in St. Louis, Missouri.

Throughout his 29 years of membership in AEG, Duane remained an active volunteer – contributing to many operational committees.  He was honored with the Piteau Young Member Award in 2004, Floyd T. Johnston Service Award in 2016, served as President of AEG in 2010, and was President of the AEG Foundation in 2023-2024.

Anna Saindon is collecting photographs and stories and writing a memorial article for Duane for the AEG News. If you have photographs or stories you’d like to contribute to the article, please send them to asaindon at teamues.com by the end of June.

Memorial donations may be made in Duane’s name to the AEG Foundation, to any fund. Please include Duane’s name when donating as matching funds are anticipated.
